Data we collect
When you request a quote or contact us through the form, the chat or WhatsApp, we collect: name, phone, email, company (optional) and the project details you choose to share. We do not request sensitive personal data.
How we use your data
We use your data to: (i) handle your quote or inquiry and contact you; (ii) provide technical advice and follow up on your project; and (iii) improve our products and service. We do not use it for marketing purposes without your consent.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your data. We may share it with the Comex branch that will assist you and with providers that help us operate (for example, the system that records your request), always under confidentiality obligations.
Your ARCO rights
You have the right to Access, Rectify, Cancel or Object to the processing of your data (ARCO rights), as well as to withdraw your consent. To exercise them, write to si@comexmty.com stating your request and a way to reach you.
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice to reflect legal or operational changes. The current version will always be available on this page.
